1. North Yanjiang High-speed Railway (including the construction of the station building of Nanjing North Railway Station)
Starting and ending years of construction: 2022-2026
Construction content: along the existing Ninghe Railway corridor, introduced into the Nanjing North Station, along the Yangzi Ethylene special line, Ningqi Railway corridor, set up a station through Liuhe, eastward access to Yizheng, Nanjing, the total length of the line is about 63.5 kilometers.
Image progress in 2024: promote the whole line of roadbed project and other offline projects, Liuhe Special Bridge across the Changshen Highway continuous beams and cable-stayed bridge across the Chu River Special Bridge controlling node project construction, prefabricated girder construction and girder erection construction.
2、Ninghuai Intercity Railway
Starting and ending years of construction: 2022-2026
Construction content: from the vicinity of Yishan to the south, set up Liuhe West Station near Ma'an Airport, parallel with the North Yanjiang High-speed Railway, and introduce Nanjing North Station from the west to the east, with a total line length of 60.7 kilometers.
Image Progress in 2024: Promote the roadbed project and other offline projects along the whole line, construction of Liuhe West Viaduct and Liuhe Two-Lane Special Bridge controlling project nodes, prefabricated girder construction and girder erection construction.
3. South Yanjiang Intercity Railway
Construction start and end date: 2018-2023
Construction content: from the Nanjing South Station Ning'an field lead out, using the east side of the Ninghang Passenger Dedicated line position program, the main line through the existing Jiangning Station, eastward access to the Jurong Station, the total length of the line in Nanjing is about 33.8 kilometers.

4、Ningwu Railway Expansion and Improvement Project
Starting and ending years of construction: 2022-2027
Construction content: the new outer winding line (Cangbo Gate to Guxiong section) and Jiangning Town Yard; the new line for the electrification of the double line railroad, the total length of the line is about 29.7 kilometers; the new Jiangning Town Yard is located in the Jiangning Riverside Development Zone, occupies an area of about 1,580 acres, the design capacity of 2.4 million tons/year

5、Shangyuanmen River Crossing
Starting and ending years of construction: 2023-2028
Construction content: lead from Nanjing North Station, along the Pusi Road in the form of a tunnel through the Yangtze River, south of the river through the water plant on the Yuanmen folded to the southeast along the planning of the channel into the Nanjing Station, the channel is 18.76 kilometers long, the design speed of 200 kilometers per hour

6. Longtan River Crossing
Construction start date: 2019-2024
Construction content: from the Yizheng territory of the Yangtze River embankment in the north of the river, to bridge across the main channel of the Yangtze River, through the Nanjing Longtan, stopping at the intersection with the 338 Provincial Highway; the entire project according to the bidirectional six-lane highway standard construction, the design speed of 100 kilometers per hour; the route length of 4,925 meters, the main bridge using the main span of 1,560 meters of parallel cable-stayed steel box girder suspension bridges, approach bridges using a steel-hybrid combination of girder structures

7. Xianxin Road Crossing Project
Starting and ending years of construction: 2018-2025
Construction content: Starting from Kechuang intersection, laying along Xianxin Road, crossing Qixia Avenue, Hengjing Road, Hengguang Road, Hengtong Avenue, Xingang Avenue in turn, grounding at Longshan Memorial Forest, crossing the Yangtze River in the form of a bridge after passing through the Wulong Mountain, and then crossing the Shugang Avenue, Chemical Industry Avenue, the North Sixth Road, the Jiangbei River Highway, and grounding the Chu River, with the length of about 13.2 kilometers.
Image progress in 2024: except for the Jiangbei Yanjiang Interchange which has not yet been approved to start construction, part of the ramp of Qixia Interchange affected by the relocation of chemical pipeline corridor and a small amount of finishing work, the rest of the project will be completed in full, and we will strive to realize the goal of opening to traffic.
8、Jianning West Road Crossing Project
Starting and ending years of construction: 2018-2025
Construction content: Starting from the Jiangbei New District of Xingpu Road and Jiangbei Expressway intersection, southward along the Xingpu Road by tunneling through the Yangtze River to the south bank, along the current Jianning Road layout, under the Jiangbian Road, Huimin Road, stopping at the intersection of Jianning Road West and the Hot River Road, a total length of about 6.8 kilometers.
Image progress in 2024: the construction of railway-related works, Jiangbei Avenue interchange structure, Hengjiang Avenue interchange structure is completed, and the construction of the main structure of Huimin Road interchange is basically completed; carry out the construction of underground works decoration, electromechanical system and road surface.
9、Nanjing Metro Line 3 Phase III Project
Start and end of construction: 2021-2025
Construction content: starting from Muozhou East Road Station, ending at Moling Street Station, line length 3.3 kilometers, set up 2 stations

18. Huimin Avenue comprehensive renovation project
Construction start date: 2019-2025
Construction content: south from Huimin Avenue and Xinxing Road intersection, north to Huimin Avenue and Fangjiaying South Road intersection, the main line tunnel is about 1.65 kilometers long, the comprehensive pipeline corridor is 1.97 kilometers long, along with the construction of the whole line of the slow-moving system.

21. Nanjing Children's Hospital Hexi Hospital District Phase II Project
Starting and ending years of construction: 2023-2027
Construction content: total construction area of about 137,249 square meters, the construction of basic rooms, medical equipment rooms, research rooms, teaching rooms, training rooms and underground parking facilities, etc.

22. Construction Project of Dingjiazhuang Hospital District, Nanjing Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital
Construction start date: 2019-2024
Construction content: Dingjiazhuang Hospital District project consists of three plots, A, B and C, with a total number of 1,200 beds and a total construction area of 293,000 square meters, including the emergency department, outpatient department, inpatient department, medical technology department, hospital life, scientific research rooms, teaching rooms, administrative rooms, underground parking, underground security systems, wartime hospitals, and ancillary services and facilities.
23. Xuanwu District Cherry Sea Apartments and other 15 old neighborhoods renovation project
Start and end date of construction: 2024
Construction content: remediation of building roofs, external facades and internal building paths, sequencing of weak electricity, dredging of pipe networks in the area, road disease treatment, and improvement of greening, street lighting, parking, security and other ancillary facilities.
24. Qinhuai District, Li Fu Street No. 4 and other 16 old neighborhood renovation projects

25. Renovation of 10 old neighborhoods, including Huxi Village in Jianye District

Construction content: 10 neighborhoods in Jianye District, including Huxi Village and Feng Ya Yuan, with new facades, roof waterproofing repairs (replacement), new internal hallways, road reconstruction, greening, additional parking lots, and repair (replacement) of unit doors.
26. Rehabilitation projects for 26 old districts, including Emei Ling No. 19 District, Gulou District
