Intelligent construction, more "smart" in the construction of the corridor

Nanjing is continuing to cultivate intelligent construction pilot projects to accelerate the formation of new quality productivity led by scientific and technological innovation, to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, and to provide replicable and popularized Nanjing experience for the development of intelligent construction in the country. Recently, the 2024 Nanjing intelligent construction pilot project list was announced, which covers housing construction projects such as security housing and schools. Meanwhile, as a new addition to the pipeline corridor municipal engineering project this year, the comprehensive pipeline corridor construction project on Riverside Road in Xiaguan Riverside Business District has also been selected for the list of 17 pilot projects.

Project overview and progress

The comprehensive pipeline corridor of Riverside Road is an important municipal pipeline channel in Gulou Riverside Business District, starting from Jinchuanhe West Road in the north to Longjiang Road in the south, with a total length of about 1655 meters. The project actively organizes the management structure, equips professional staff and promotes intelligent construction in the planning stage.

At present, the pipeline corridor is carrying out the main structure construction, has completed the shield starting well, relay well and Fangjiaying work area on the shield section of the pipeline corridor across the subway main structure; Nanjing West Railway Station work area excavation section of the pipeline corridor pile foundation construction completed 70%; Fangjiaying work area pile foundation construction; synchronization to complete the selection of the shield machine and tube sheet processing.

Such as the use of real measurement robot to measure the completed structure, to realize the automatic collection of inspection data, sharing and analysis.

The project plans to use concrete leveling robots and concrete vibrating robots, etc., to replace manual labor during the main construction phase, improve construction efficiency and control project quality. After the completion of the project, sweeping robots will be used to protect the finished products.

In recent years, China has actively encouraged the construction of urban underground comprehensive pipeline corridors.
