The positioning of the core functions of the city has been further enhanced. The Nanjing Territorial Spatial Master Plan (2021-2035) was the first among provincial capital cities to be approved. The annual 40 practical projects on people's livelihood were fully completed, and the level of basic public services was the first in the province.
