中央经济工作会议提出，扩大高水平对外开放，稳外贸、稳外资。2024年，我国不断优化过境免签、区域性入境免签、口岸签证等政策，进一步扩大单方面免签、互免签证范围，持续提升外籍人员来华、在华便利度。2024年累计出入境外国人6488.2万人次，同比上升82.9%，全国各口岸免签入境外国人2011.5万人次，同比上升112.3%。

In 2024, a total of 64.882 million foreign nationals entered and exited China, an increase of 82.9% year-on-year. At all national ports, 20.115 million foreign nationals were granted visa-free entry, up 112.3% year-on-year.
