The process flow of chemical products is long and requires many production equipment in series, and most of this equipment needs to be customized, including long-cycle production equipment over 10 months, sub-long-cycle production equipment from 6 to 10 months, and general equipment under 6 months. "We are also currently in the midst of our equipment procurement process, with the purchase of two long-cycle production machines already in place, and the procurement of other equipment in progress." Dai Jin said.
It is understood that Jinling Petrochemical has the only alkylbenzene production unit in Sinopec and is the main production base for detergent raw materials in Asia. This project will give full play to the advantages of Jinling Petrochemical, extend the alkylbenzene industry chain, produce surfactants, liquid detergents and other downstream products, and realize the development of the whole industry chain of alkylbenzene.
"The project not only adopts the most advanced technology in China, its biggest highlight is energy saving and emission reduction." Dai Jin introduced that energy-saving, water-saving and power-saving measures are taken in the design of each specialty, including heat integration between devices, optimization of steam pipeline network configuration, step-by-step utilization of steam, full consideration of condensate recycling as well as reuse of process wastewater after treatment, etc., to reduce water consumption, and enhance the recovery and utilization of low-temperature waste heat for optimal energy utilization. In addition, solar hot water system and solar photovoltaic power generation system are set up on the roofs of some buildings within the project to realize energy saving and emission reduction.
