On the day of the event, leaders from Nanjing Veterans Affairs Bureau, Nanjing Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Development, District Veterans Affairs Bureau and Lishui District Taxation Bureau gathered together with experts in the field of agriculture, such as Researcher Ye Xiaomei, Director of the Recycling Agricultural Research Center of the Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Director of the Animal Husbandry Research Institute, Researcher Ma Hongwei of the Nanjing Arable Land Quality Protection Station, and representatives of 11 veteran military-created enterprises, to work together on the development of eco-agriculture. development plan.

At the end of the activity, the urban leaders and the participating enterprises visited Dajinshan Party History and National History Education Museum. By reviewing the glorious history of the Party and the development of the country, it further strengthened the confidence and determination of the retired soldiers' military-created enterprises to devote themselves to the green agriculture and help revitalize the countryside. The Nanjing Veterans Affairs Bureau has not only set up a platform for ex-servicemen's military enterprises to display and communicate with each other, but also created a favorable atmosphere to support ex-servicemen's entrepreneurship and innovation in the city through the action of "Entering 100 Enterprises to Solve Problems".Since the launch of the activity, 62 enterprises have been visited on the ground, and more than 140 problems involving staff structure adjustment, recruitment demand planning, sales license application, business promotion, etc. have been collected from 116 military enterprises, and 3 regional symposiums and 3 training and guidance sessions have been organized to provide detailed implementation plans for the enterprises.
