Zhu Yuping introduced that Huatian Technology has invested a total of 10 billion yuan to start the second phase of the project, which intends to build a new 200,000-square-meter plant and ancillary facilities, introduce high-end production equipment, and build integrated circuit packaging and testing production lines with international advanced packaging level, and the products will be widely used in the fields of storage, RF, arithmetic, AI, and so on. "Especially in the field of artificial intelligence, the current market demand for AI chips is extremely high, and we will build several new AI-related production lines in the second phase of the project."
Not only will the production line increase, but the intelligent and intelligent manufacturing will also be on a new level. "Our Phase I project has realized the interconnection of workshop equipment of 90% or more, and all the data are interacted through the data platform, which promotes a significant increase in production efficiency and helps the enterprise's production efficiency to keep improving. The second phase of the project will also introduce some AR and AI equipment, which is widely used in key aspects such as measurement and inspection." Zhu Yuping also mentioned that some of the past links operated by manpower will also be replaced by robots, and the digitization rate of the production workshop will exceed 50%.
According to the plan, the second phase of Huatian's Nanjing project will be put into full production in 2028, and Zhu Yuping shared that all related work is currently being carried out in an orderly manner. "In order to meet the market demand, we will also divide the second phase of the plan into multiple phases, of which the first phase of the plant is expected to have equipment entry by the end of this year, and will realize small batch production in the second quarter of next year." He also believes that with the full completion of the second phase of the project, it will inject inexhaustible power for Nanjing Pukou District to build a new high ground for the development of IC industry.
