Alibaba Jiangsu Headquarters
The total construction area of the project is about 850,000 square meters, including about 540,000 square meters above ground and 310,000 square meters underground. After the completion of the project, it will focus on the development of intelligent manufacturing, software industry technology innovation, smart city construction, financial integrated service platform and other industrial functions. Alibaba Jiangsu Headquarters Park aims to be driven by scenarios, technologies and services in an all-round way, and builds an Internet industrial community based on the concept of intelligent architecture to support Alibaba's localization and industrial chain development.Currently, the main structure construction is underway in Lot A, curtain wall, M&E and finishing construction in Lot B, and curtain wall and M&E construction in Lot C.
Xiaomi Group East China Headquarters
The project covers an area of 89 acres, with a total construction area of 365,000 square meters, including 238,000 square meters above ground and 127,000 square meters below ground, to build the headquarters R&D office and fully self-sustained talent housing. The project will be built into the largest R&D center in China except for Xiaomi's Beijing headquarters, and promote the development of intelligent hardware, mobile Internet, ecological chain and related service industry functions with the core of science and technology innovation business.The first phase of the project has been completed, and the park landscape is being upgraded.
Hang Seng Electronics Jiangsu Headquarter
The project has a total construction area of about 147,000 square meters, and plans to build an ecological environment monitoring and control center, key laboratories, all elements of the experimental and analytical room, sample library, environmental protection education and training bases, etc., and strive to build a high-capacity scientific and technological innovation platform carrier and high-tech environmental protection industry clusters integrated with production, learning, research and use.Currently, the main structure has been topped out and the secondary structure is under construction.
Low Carbon Eco-Industrial Park
The total construction area of the project is about 93,000 square meters, including 58,500 square meters above ground and 34,500 square meters underground. Focusing on the energy-saving and environmental protection industry chain, it creates a characteristic industrial park where zero-carbon technology research and development and environmental protection enterprises gather.At present, the main structure of all monolithic units has been topped out, and curtain wall construction has been completed for Buildings 3-7 in the multi-storey area, while outdoor landscape engineering construction and curtain wall construction for Buildings 1 and 2 are being pushed forward.
Huatai Securities R&D and Training Center
The project has a total construction area of 265,100 square meters. Huatai Securities will rely on the center to build a future-oriented IT application system, capability platform and R&D management system to strengthen the core competitiveness of science and technology finance, as well as to build a training center to cultivate and reserve high-quality financial talents with an international outlook, so as to better serve the sustainable development of the business and employees.Currently, the project is out of positive and negative zeros and is undergoing construction of the main structure.

Yuhua Digital City Core Area China Resources Business Phase I
The project is located in the core area of Yuhua, with a total construction area of about 760,000 square meters. It is proposed to build a high-end business and commerce complex integrating 200-meter, 150-meter, 120-meter, and 100-meter-high Grade A office clusters, 130,000 square meters of large-scale centralized commerce, five-star standard hotels, and an underground sports activity center.
At present, the project is advancing the construction of secondary structure and decorative decoration of facade in Sub-area H, K (shopping center), Sub-area F (150m and 120m office buildings) and Sub-area I (apartments); the construction of the negative floor is advancing in the north area of Sub-area G (200m office building), and the main body construction is advancing in the south area, the plan review and partial foundation construction are being advanced in Sub-area J (apartments) and the schematic design is being advanced in Sub-area E (100m office building). The project is located in the North Park of Software Valley, with a total construction area of about 190,000 square meters. After the completion of the project, it will take cloud computing and industry application technology as the core, drive the upstream and downstream related enterprises to accelerate the agglomeration, and create a complete smart city industry chain.The project's curtain wall is now complete and 85% of outdoor landscaping has been completed and special inspections have begun.

The project is located in the North Park of Software Valley, with a total construction area of about 80,000 square meters, including office buildings and R&D centers. Upon completion, it will be used for the research and development of intelligent terminal operating system, smart phones, intelligent Internet of Things, intelligent vision, intelligent networked automobile products and services.The project's curtain wall is almost complete and exterior construction is underway.
Headquarters Economic Park Phase I (Lot A)
The project is located in the South Park of Software Valley, with a total construction area of about 160,000 square meters in Lot A. The project has eight scientific research office buildings (three 14-story, five 4-9-story), and it is proposed to construct scientific and technological R&D office buildings and related supporting facilities.The project's curtain wall is almost complete and exterior construction is underway.
