The first phase of the project has a total investment of about 1.9 billion yuan, with a total construction area of 226,000 square meters and a total of seven monolithic buildings, covering a variety of functional areas such as scientific research and experiment buildings, headquarters office buildings, etc., which provides high-quality hardware support for promoting scientific and technological innovation and stimulating the productivity of the new quality. According to the pre-assessment of carbon emission of the building, taking 50 years as the calculation cycle, the No.4 building can reduce carbon dioxide emission by 18,662 tons in total, which can save 180 tons of standard coal per year. The 2,000-square-meter sky garden on the roof not only beautifies the environment, but also absorbs and stores a large amount of carbon dioxide, which can increase the number of "carbon pools" by 1.3 tons per year and optimize the urban ecology.
