The Nanjing International Exchange and Cooperation Conference for Overseas Chinese Students (hereinafter referred to as "Nanjing International Exchange and Cooperation Conference") has been established since 2008.So far, it has been successfully held for 15 years, which has led to the landing of more than 2,800 excellent science and innovation projects, and the total number of overseas students in the city has reached 67,500.In order to become a well-known internationalized talent attraction exchange and docking platform based in Nanjing, facing overseas and serving the Yangtze River Delta region and provinces and cities along the "Belt and Road", the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has listed the Nanjing Staying Fair as a regional overseas talent exchange activity to be supported as a matter of priority.
Main activities of the Conference
The theme of this year's Nanjing Retention Fair is"Gathering talents from home and abroad, empowering new productivity."In order to promote the integration and development of industry and talent and international cooperation on innovation resources at a deeper level and in a wider field, we have built a platform and channel around the goal of strengthening the city by industry, focusing on the demand for talents in industrial development and scientific and technological innovation of the Pan-Yangtze River Delta and Nanjing metropolitan area, and vigorously created an ecology for the development of talents that will please the near and far, so as to continue to enhance the image of the city of Nanjing and its influence both at home and abroad.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition
There are 2 competitions in total:
- The 13th "Win in Nanjing" Overseas Talent Entrepreneurship Competition Grand Final
Up to now, "Win in Nanjing" Overseas Talent Entrepreneurship Competition has attracted more than 3,370 overseas talents from 28 countries (regions) to apply for the competition, 240 of them have won the awards in the finals, 98 of them have been selected for the city's key talent introduction program, and the science and technology enterprises founded by 132 of them have landed in Nanjing, which has become an important platform for the city to gather global innovation resources. This year's "Win in Nanjing" Overseas Talent Entrepreneurship Competition focuses on the city's "4266" industrial system. The final rounds of the competition were held in three overseas regions and one domestic region, resulting in 32 contestants competing in the finals, and the winners will enjoy a series of supportive policies, such as financial incentives, housing for talents, and investment and financing docking.

The "Overseas Doctoral Parks (Enterprises) Tour" has invited 50 high-level overseas doctors from Harvard University, Stanford University, Oxford University, Cambridge University, National University of Singapore and other famous overseas universities, as well as more than 50 heads of overseas academic associations and professional and technical organizations to participate in the event. They will go deep into key parks and enterprises, and through on-site inspection and research, talent project negotiation, etc., realize precise alignment and in-depth communication, facilitate the landing of high-quality talents and projects, and inject talent kinetic energy into the accelerated development of new quality productivity in Nanjing.

Participation registration
Up to now, a total of nearly 1,000 overseas students and domestic doctors have registered for the conference.Mainly from the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, Italy, Japan and other countries, of which more than half of the number of participants are PhDs, innovation and entrepreneurship accounted for 63%, the industry sector involves integrated circuits, biomedicine, software information, artificial intelligence, energy saving and environmental protection.
In addition, 40 excellent Bo Station units in Nanjing area exhibited and provided nearly 1,000 postdoctoral recruitment and doctoral recruitment job requirements.More than 300 high-paying positions were offered by 60 outstanding companies at the Jinling Golden Collar Job Fair, including nearly 200 positions with an annual salary of more than $300,000, and more than 80 positions with an annual salary of more than $500,000.
