主设备成功交付

项目正式进入安装调试阶段Main equipment successfully delivered, project officially enters installation and commissioning phase.

近日,南京经开区企业——天加能源旗下的TICA-EXERGY及其合作伙伴Geothermal Engineering Ltd,设计建设的英国康沃尔郡United Downs地热电站项目迎来重大进展。该电站是英国首座深层干热岩地热发电站,将于2024年底正式投产。

Recently, a significant development was achieved in the United Downs geothermal power station project. This project, situated in Cornwall, UK, is designed and constructed by EXERGY under TICA Energy, located in Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone, and its partner Geothermal Engineering Ltd. This power station is set to become the UK’s first deep dry rock geothermal power plant and is scheduled to commence operations in late 2024.

United Downs地热电站项目通过有机朗肯循环原理,采用TICA-EXERGY独有的高效径向离心透平技术,利用地热流体发电,使用风冷作为冷却系统,不消耗水资源。

The United Downs geothermal power station project utilizes the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) and employs TICA-EXERGY’s exclusive high-efficiency Radial Outflow Turbine (ROT) technology to generate electricity, exploiting the heat of the geothermal fluid. Its condensing system is air-cooled, conserving water resources.

作为英国首个深层干热岩地热项目,目前已钻成两口深定向井,其中生产井的深度为5275米,是英国大陆最深井。项目正式投产后,预计每年可节省超过6500吨的碳排放。

Two deep directional wells have been drilled for the project, with the production well to a depth of 5,275 meters, marking the deepest well on the British mainland. Once operational, the project is expected to save over 6,500 tons of carbon emissions annually.

Beyond its application in geothermal fields, TICA ENERGY’s exclusive high-efficiency ROT technology can be widely used in the field of industrial waste heat recovery, offering high reliability, high power generation efficiency, high integration, and the ability to automatically connect to the grid. It elevates the thermal efficiency of low-temperature waste heat (80~300°C) from the current domestic level of 5%-9% to nearly 30%, reaching an international leading level.
